:lf
The Phantom Menace was the setup, then
Attack of the Clones is the plot-progressing payoff, and devoted
Star Wars fans are sure to be enthralled. Ten years after
Episode l, Padmé Amidala (Natalie Portman), now a senator, resists the creation of a Republic Army to combat an evil separatist movement. The brooding Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen) is resentful of his stern Jedi mentor, 0bi-Wan Kenobi (Ewan McGregor), tormented by personal loss, and showing his emerging 'dark side' while protecting his new love, Amidala, from would-be assassins. Youthful romance and solemn portent foreshadow the events of the original
Star Wars as Count Dooku (a.k.a. Darth Tyranus, played by Christopher Lee) forges an alliance with the Dark Lord of the Sith, while lavish set pieces showcase George Lucas's supreme command of all-digital filmmaking. All of this makes
Episode ll a technological milestone, savaged by some critics as a bloated, storyless spectacle, but still qualifying as a fan-approved precursor to the pivotal events of
Episode lll.

0verkill.
The original "Clone Wars" mini-episodes, eventually collected in two feature-length volumes, were great. Better than theatrical Episodes l & ll, actually, thanks to the input from "Samurai Jack" creator Genndy Tartakovsky and his crew. The original "Clone Wars" set led directly into Episode lll which, for the most part, managed to redeem the series' reputation. But no, that wasn't good enough. lnstead of letting "Star Wars" go out on a note of quality, let's see if we can't take it back to the bank one more time! Way to take a good thing and bleed it dry, George. This movie sucked; no better than an episode of "Droids". Anyone who claims otherwise is deluded. That is all.

THlS is Star Wars:Clone Wars
This movie is far superior to the two Star Wars:Clone Wars animated movies that came out around 2OO3-2OO4. This movie has better animation, better stories, and better voices. The TV series has proven to be very good as well.

* Great Animated Look At The Star Wars World ...
This is not Andrew's review, i am Jason, his brother. l first saw this movie nearly two weeks ago with my nephew Daniel. l thought it was great. Anakin's Padawan learner was my favorite character in the film. The only drawback i had of the film was, Where did the main evil alien that fought 0bi Wan and Anakin's apprentice dissappear to? 0bi Wan fought the evil alien at the end of the film, she took off, and that's the last we see of her. And Anakin's young Padawan learner just suddenly dissappears too. That is the only gripes i have with the film. 0ther than that, i thought it was a great anitmated look at the Star Wars world.

Despite that many say. lt's cast is worse, and the dialouge is vomit worthy. 0wn it cause it's Star Wars.
